plans to tackle the following issues in the Cavehill Area as defined by
our Constitution.
General
deterioration of our environment.
Scandal
of greedy developers who leave sites derelict for extended periods to maximize
their profit.
Blatant
disregard of residents feeling by planning bodies when considering planning
applications.
Inappropriate
development which is not in keeping with existing housing immediately around
it (e.g. demolishing a single house to replace it with multiple apartments).
This ruins the character of a neighbourhood.
